Perrott Painting were asked to do the paint job on this 2 storey apartment complex in South Perth many years ago and we were recently asked back again to give the place a freshen up.
The building was experiencing some blistering issues in some areas of the paint work, caused by water ingress, so we undertook to power wash all the masonry surfaces to remove dirt and flaking paint before applying an elastomeric membrane product to the areas which were causing the problems.
The exterior of the complex has been given a new lease of life and looks clean and fresh.
