This building is a mix of commercial and residential and the owners recently appointed Perrott Painting to undertake the first repaint since the original build.

The job included many items in the interior common areas of the property as well as a freshen up to the complete exterior.

Given the size of the building, the owners accepted Perrott Painting’s recommendation of a Painting Maintenance Program which will see annual maintenance painting undertaken at the property.
