One of the major issues for owners when it comes time to undertake a major repaint to a large strata property is the uncertainty of knowing who to use and what to expect.

The owners of Belvidere Manor were looking for the best contractor to undertake the full exterior repaint of their complex and entrusted the Architect of the building to oversee the painting project. Repairs had been undertaken and it was important that the right contractor was engaged and the most appropriate product used to provide further long-term protection to the building.
