Swan Care is the largest single site operator of an Aged Care facility and we were engaged to repaint the complete exterior of their very large site.

A combination of Independent Living Units and Apartment Living, our painters had to consider the residents at every step. Specialist Access was required to reach the high rise buildings and a detailed and accurate timeline was planned out and followed.

Swan Care have entered into a 5 Year Painting Maintenance Program with Perrott Painting which has a further 2 years of maintenance painting remaining and will ensure the complex retains its good looks for the near future.
