Concerto Apartments – St Ives, Murdoch
Perrott Painting were awarded the contract to repaint the complete exterior of Concerto Apartments at St Ives, Murdoch after a very extensive and comprehensive tender process. The external walls were finished in a very porous acrylic texture. The Wattyl coating system (comprising 1x primer and 2x topcoats of elastomeric membrane), applied correctly, ensured we were able to achieve fantastic coverage with no picture-framing.
All steelwork was coated in 2-pack protective coatings. The upper areas were access using a variety of different EWPs, including our very own OMME, which had to be set up in the northern garden area. We were able to ensure that no damage to vegetation occurred during the painting process. A project we are very proud of and the results speak for themselves.
