In August of this year we completed the full exterior repaint to Lakeview Apartments. The broad rendered walls were showing signs of breakdown and the black steelwork was corroding. Our team of Painters thoroughly prepared all surfaces and liaised closely with the tenants representative to ensure the project was completed systematically with minimal disruptions to the tenants.
The application of purpose designed Elastomeric High Build Acrylic coating system will address the concerns of the building for many years to come.
This is a significant complex with 8 individual apartment blocks.
