The repainting of the apartment complexes was always going to be a major undertaking with the priority to keep the residents happy with minimal disruption.  We worked closely with the RAAFA Executive Team about scheduling and achieving a deadline for the works to be completed prior to another major project commencing.

Our team of painters communicated with the Estate’s onsite Management Team during the project, signing in and out each day and providing updates on the progress.

We utilised our own access equipment (Elevated Work Platforms), which meant no hire costs and also improved safety as our painters are familiar with our machines.

Over the years I have worked with Perrott’s on a number of painting projects for both aged care and retirement living. Because they have a sound understanding of the sector, they have always delivered projects without complaint from residents. Their methodologies take into account the live environments that they are working in, and they have always delivered projects on time and within budget, without compromising on the finish.
