The owners of Spinebill Apartments witnessed Perrott Painting undertaking the painting to a similar complex over the road and wanted the same professional result. Both complexes were built at about the same time and were in desperate need of a repaint to enhance their tired appearance.
The extensive crazing and some major cracking to the render also needed to be addressed. The application by Perrott Painting of a high build elastomeric coating gave the owners a product that will provide excellent coverage to protect the render but also an extremely high standard of presentation of the complex for years to come.
The owners also commenced a Five Year Paint & Paint Maintenance Agreement to give them the financial ability to get the job done and help them budget for the future payments.
