Perrott Painting were pleased to be awarded the contract for the external repainting of “The Leighton”. A high-end residential strata scheme located on the ocean front in North Fremantle. The external walls of the scheme had been finished in a very porous acrylic texture. The owners requested a Dulux coating specification, comprising 1x coat of Acraprime and 2x coats of Acrashield for all of the unpainted texture.

The upper areas were accessed using a variety of access methods including EWP and scaffolding. In some cases, access was required through apartments and onto balconies, which required a high level of communication from all parties. Works also included patching of several cracks and delaminating texture. Patching was sampled and signed off by the owners, prior to commencement.

This award winning project was completed to a very high standard, the owners are very pleased with the end result and it saw Perrott Painting win the 2023 Master Painters & Decorators award for “Repaint over $100,000”.
