In May of 2015, Perrott Painting commenced work on Waterbird Apartments, a multi-storey apartment complex in Joondalup. As you can see from the “before” photos, the rendered walls were in desperate need of attention and with the proper preparation of the walls and the application of an elastomeric membrane coating, we were able to provide this complex with a fresh new look!

All previously painted areas will be maintained annually as part of our 5-year Maintenance Painting Program.

Upon completion of the initial repaint, the neighbouring property (Spinebill Apartments) requested us to inspect and quote for a repaint of their complex. The Owners of Spinebill subsequently engaged us to undertake a full repaint as part of a 5-year Maintenance Painting Program also!
