Perrott Painting was engaged to repaint the exterior of 1 Cambridge which had gone through an internal and external refurbishment. Our colour consultant provided a new colour scheme for this high-profile building.
Working with the property Owner, we coordinated the exterior painting working in with other trades that were onsite completing other work. As the Property Owner was moving their offices to this building, we were under a deadline to have the exterior ready for their relocation. The building is located on a busy road, which involved planning around moving the EWPs around the site and working safely.
