The repainting of 11 Harvest Terrace has significantly improved the appearance of the building and the Owners and the Property Managers consider that the investment has added great value to the asset as the highly visible office building is at the “gateway” of the West Perth professional office precinct. Working closely with the paint manufacturer Perrott Painting came up with a specification and were happy to offer a 15 year warranty
Access required fixed scaffold, aluminium swing stages and large mechanical lifts to enable the building to be washed and painted. The building was occupied throughout the project and we were required to liaise closely with all tenant representatives to ensure cars weren’t parked in areas that may cause access issues.
