14 Coneflower Corner is a three-story apartment complex in Churchlands. The work involved painting all walls, fascia’s, eaves and steelwork to the property. The coating system used on the property walls was in a high-performance Elastomeric Coating System designed for added substrate protection for many years to come. All timber lined eaves were prepared and re- varnished to enhance the fresh look of the timber features of the building.
Our own EWP machine was used to achieve access to complex areas of the complex. This project was completed on time with clear communication discussed with all parties involved to achieve a successful result for this building.
