This property was in desperate need of repainting. Using a mixture of hired machinery and Perrott Painting’s company owned access equipment, we were able to repair various areas of delaminating render and seal areas which were causing water ingress and damage. The upper brickwork of the building was very deeply raked, these areas were sprayed with an elastomeric membrane coating through an airless spray gun.
