The Internal Atrium at Leederville Gardens was dated and dark and the residents chose Perrott Painting to complete the repaint job. The project required close communication with the residents as many had their front doors opening into the Atrium.
The ceiling area was accessed by a specialist built scaffold tower and the new lighter colours have transformed the Atrium.
