The Owners of The Broadwater Resort Como reached out to Perrott Painting in late 2024 for a full repaint project. The property’s existing coating had reached the end of its life span, prompting the need for a complete refresh.
The site required access solutions and we were able to utilize our own fleet of company-owned Elevated Work Platforms (EWPs) to achieve safe and efficient access to all areas. Using our own machines allowed us to maintain full control over access logistics and streamline the planning process.
The owners took us up on our complimentary colour consultant service, to assist them with selecting the new colour palette for the building. Sample colours were applied onsite to help guide the final decision and ensure the chosen scheme aligned with the building’s character.
Some careful planning was required as the property was still providing accommodation and conducting their business throughout the repaint process. In order to achieve a smooth running project and keep disruption to a minimum, our on site team and Project Manager maintained constant communication with the hotel’s general manager.
The project had its challenges, but in the end our team delivered a revitalised Broadwater Como. The owners were thrilled with the outcome and grateful for the professionalism and care shown by our team. To support the building’s long-term upkeep, we have provided a tailored maintenance plan which will see us return annually for the next 5 years to keep the building looking great for years to come.
“We are very happy with the quality of the work.
John was excellent to deal with throughout the project. He deserves to commended for a really professional job – him and the team went above and beyond to work in with our ongoing hotel operations. I understand this would have slowed them down at times, however it helped to minimise complaints so it’s really appreciated”
Adam Burke, General Manager
