City of Belmont is one of our Local Government customers with whom we have developed a great partnership. What began as a series of “once off” painting projects has developed into a mutually beneficial partnership. Our long term relationship means the Building Manager deals with the same Account Manager, Supervisor and Foreman when dealing with Perrott Painting.
We ensure the same tradesmen do their work every time which eliminates the need for the City of Belmont representative to supervise our painters, ensure they are inducted, show them locations etc. In fact, our Foremen not only know the structures locations but they know the condition of the paint coating and how and when it was last painted.
We’ve adapted to the different structures requirements and list the following which are maintained by Perrott Painting:
- Jetties and gazebos in various locations
- Youth and Family Services Building (both internally and externally)
- Operations Centre (externally)
- Wilson Park Clubrooms (internally)
- Various public amenity buildings within the Belmont precinct
- Art Sculptures
- Various clubrooms
- Walkway bridges
Whilst other contractors have come and gone, we provide a service which simply cannot be surpassed. Our longevity, non-subcontract model and attention to detail have City of Belmont coming back to us year after year.
