The Eden Apartments complex is a twin tower high-rise residential apartment complex catering to larger high end apartment living with poolside entertaining area and gymnasium facilities.
Perrott Painting were engaged by the CoO to carry out the repaint project using Dulux Acratex as the main coating sequence solution over the trowel on textured masonry and foam corbel facade. Swing stage scaffolding was used as the main access solution with 2 units installed and systematically moved around the buildings.
This was a large and complicated repaint project which took 5 months to complete, including working alongside a builder using our swing stages to access much needed repair works along the way. Communication between all stakeholders was kept high to preserve the community living environment amongst the residents while we worked within the complex.
