With approximately 830 students from Year 7 through to Year 12, Emmanuel College is located on Hammond Road, Success in the rapidly developing corridor to the south suburban area.

The development of Emmanuel College through the various building stages from the initial Stages One and Two through to the most recent Stage Six included a comprehensive double-storey block of classrooms, specialist Media labs and offices which presented Perrott Painting with a major challenge to repaint the entire campus inside and out over the Christmas holiday period.

Careful planning and communication with Garry, the Property Manager, and a systematic progression for repainting was required to ensure the major initial repaint was completed to the high standard Perrott Painting are renowned for. The schedule was very tight and, at one stage, there were 16 Perrott Painters dedicated to the painting works at Emmanuel College to ensure completion to satisfaction within the allocated timeframe.

The combination of single and two storey buildings could have also proved challenging to complete within such a short time frame. Access to the upper areas of the two storey blocks was required by scissor lift or cherry picker which is a slow process as safety requirements limit one painter per machine.
