Perrott Painting was handed the responsibility of carrying out a full interior and exterior repaint to one of Perth’s landmark sites in Subiaco. What was once the Mediterranean Restaurant is now the location of the offices of (our then Foreign Minister) The Hon Julie Bishop MP.
Access to parts of the exterior was difficult but achieved safely using a combination of fixed scaffolding and company owned mechanical access.
Perrott Painting was happy to liaise closely with Lynne, the building’s representative, to coordinate the painting to ensure no areas of the building were disturbed at crucial times and we also worked weekends to complete the internal staircase.
Everyone agrees the building looks great and the systematic way our Supervisor, Kim, and his team approached the project meant that the occupants were impressed with the minimal disruption and wrapped with the finished product.
