The owners of this home in Applecross were looking to have a complete repaint done of all previously painted items both internally and externally. We recommended a 3 coat elastomeric membrane coating system for the external rendered walls which allowed us to provide the owners with a solution that would stand the test of time and also came with a 15 year product warranty.
“We employed Perrott Painting to do a comprehensive painting job on our two storey five-bedroom house in Applecross. No maintenance of paint work had been done since the house was built 16 years earlier. We had all ceilings, walls, skirting boards, doors, door frames and window sills done. The painters were very helpful and patient with colour selection and very careful and thorough when doing the more fiddly parts including the skirting boards on either side of the stairs. They were very considerate of not interrupting our daily lives any more than necessary and checked with us with plenty of notice before deciding to work on particular internal areas or work on the external areas. They had no hesitation in doing some subsequent touch-up work where necessary to ensure a professional finish. Although of lesser importance, they were equally as thorough and diligent when painting our boundary fences. The painters were always polite and friendly and in some ways we were sorry to see them leave after four weeks. However, they left a legacy of a job well done and we will always be glad that we chose Perrott Painting to enhance the appearance and liveability of our house. We are continually proud of being able to show it off to our friends who readily acknowledge the quality of the work that was done”
