Stage 1 – 2023:
Our team delivered detailed painting services on:

- Timber Posts & Beams
- Barge Boards
- Service Duct Covers
- Line Marking
Careful planning ensured minimal disruption to residents, with all work completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Stage 2 – 2025:
Following the success of the initial project, Perrott Painting was re-engaged to undertake extensive metalwork painting, including:
- Metal Balustrades & Handrails (Walkways & Balconies)
- Carport Beams & Posts
Both stages of the project required specialised access equipment—safely and professionally managed in-house.
