A past, very satisfied, customer of Perrott Painting helped the owners of ‘Riverwalk on Labouchere’ make the very important decision to engage Perrott Painting in a 7-year Painting Maintenance Program. Our ability to provide a proposal for the application using the most appropriate product, together with the cost effective access solutions were contributing factors.

Nine years since the buildings construction, the complex was in desperate need of a repaint to enhance its appearance and the owners were adamant to get the job done professionally.

To alleviate any concerns, we recommended and applied a high build elastomeric coating that gave their building a product that was able to bridge and cover the obvious crazing problem to the render.

We know they were extremely happy with the result and look to our future association for the next six years of their painting programme.
