When the owner of this 2-storey building on Hay Street decided to repaint, he came to the right place!
Including the front and back facades and undercroft parking, the boys at Perrott Painting got to work. After a high-pressure water wash to clean the building and some minor repairs, our team proceeded the repaint the building using our company owned Trailer Lifts.
This project was sold as a 5 year Painting Maintenance Agreement where all surfaces nominated are prepared and painted in accordance with our developed specifications in the first year. The building is then maintained annually for the next 4 years. This maintains the level of appearance to a high standard and allows the owner to amortise the cost over the term of the agreement.
