Working in live environments is never an easy task.
When our team was engaged to carry out a complete external repaint of St Ives, Carine – Building 1, comprising 63 occupied apartments, we were prepared for the challenge. Through careful planning and collaboration with St Ives staff, we are pleased to report the works were carried out on time, on budget, and to a high standard, all whilst minimising disruption to the residents.
The porous acrylic-textured masonry was coated in a 3-coat elastomeric membrane system, providing the building with long-lasting protection. Our team utilised EWP and rope access techniques to complete works to areas at height.
We are pleased to receive such positive feedback from St Ives staff and residents, and to have delivered a positive outcome for all parties.
