We were approached to apply a high performance coating system to the exterior of the entire complex. This included an existing trowel on texture system that had not been previously painted.

The Moorings is a very high Quality residential Strata Complex on the edge of the Swan River in North Fremantle. As a result of its location the coatings are under significant pressure from the environment.

We provided a solution to the owners of the complex using an elastomeric coating system with a finish ensuring the original feel of the location was not lost. It was and is important to the owners that the appearance of the complex was equally as important as the protection the coating system was providing.

We have an ongoing relationship with this complex through our Maintenance Plans.
