Perrott Painting was invited to assess the White Apartments in June 2024 for a repaint project.
The building was evaluated with two main access solutions: swing stage systems for the flanking sides and rear elevation, and EWP (Elevated Work Platform) for the street-facing elevation.
Once the Council of Owners were ready to proceed in December of 2024, a colour consultant was engaged to assist with selections. Colour samples were then applied to guide the final decision-making process.
Also during this phase, an engineer was brought in to inspect the building’s unique upper level and confirm that the proposed scaffolding solution was structurally appropriate.
With preparations complete, the project was put into full swing and executed by our specialist team of trade-qualified painters. We maintained close communication with the Strata Manager and CoO members throughout the process.
The result: a very happy group of owners, grateful to our team, and one clean, bright, freshly painted building standing proudly along the Mounts Bay Road strip.
